Important: Your organization is responsible for providing legally required notices and obtaining any necessary consent for recording and transcription.

D. Google Calendar Data (When Connected)

When you connect Google Calendar via OAuth, we may process:

Calendar and event details (titles, times, attendees, locations)

Free/busy availability

Creation, modification, and deletion of events

Calendar list information required for synchronization

We request the minimum permissions necessary. Granting broader permissions enables broader processing.
